Sonana Industries is a leading manufacturing enterprise specializing in producing non-ferrous castings. Our products are manufactured mainly by centrifugal and sand castings in copper-based and aluminium-based alloys in various specifications as per ASTM, BS1400, DIN, IS etc. We are supplying the casting in either proof or finish machined condition to more than 100 customers in a wide variety of industries placed in India and across the globe with the number growing every year.

Since 1965 Sonana Industries has been one the largest manufacturers of bronze bushings, Slide bearings, Wear liners and customized castings as per customer requirement and other industrial components. Also, we are among very few manufacturers across the globe who have successfully developed technology in manufacturing graphite impregnated bushes and liners for the purpose of solid lubrication in oilless functional requirements.  Because we are privately held, we can make long range commitments and capital investments in support of our customers, our employees, our suppliers, and our community .

As one of the oldest companies in the industry with the most modern machine tools available for finish machined components ready for assembly, we successfully blend old school craftsmanship with the most contemporary equipment.

Nearly all our machines are controlled by computers (CNC). Our manufacturing processes include turning, boring, broaching, grooving, facing, milling, drilling, grinding and deburring. Many of our manufacturing processes are proprietary, with the tooling made in our own tool room .
